Eservus provides concierge services to commercial real estate communities across North America. Having access to high-value services, including savings on tickets, hotels, car rentals and more, members of Eservus save an average of 25% on all entertainment purchases.

The redesign of their ecommerce website is a statement of Eservus continuing commitment to deliver excellence in customer service. Working on a new platform allowed us to rebuild their user experience and product management from ground-up. This was also an opportunity to improve Eservus branding with new playful iconography, photography and extended colour palette—resulting in an entirely new site with a compelling brand identity, a simple online ordering process and convenient delivery to tenants’ office buildings.
